Breathe Freely, Sleep Soundly, Live Better
Nasal Breathing
Encourages optimal oxygen intake, reduces mouth breathing, and supports overall respiratory health
Proper Lip Seal
Prevents oral dryness, supports facial development, and helps maintain correct breathing patterns
Tongue Posture
Promotes proper jaw alignment, encourages healthy facial growth, and prevents airway obstructions
Correct Swallowing Pattern
Improves digestion, reduces strain on oral muscles, and prevents long-term issues like tongue thrusting
Common Oral Myofunctional Disorders (OMD)

What is Myofunctional Therapy?
Myofunctional therapy addresses Oral Myofunctional Disorders (OMDs) by non-invasive exercises that focus on the muscles of the face, neck, mouth, and tongue. Through guided movements and behavioral changes, therapy can restore nasal breathing, correct tongue resting posture and re-establish facial harmony.
